How to use AGA
Create your account
- Choose Sign up from the header or home page.
- Enter your email and password, then confirm your account.
- Verify your email before revealing contact details on listings.
Find work near you
- Open Find work from the navigation menu.
- Enter a city or postcode, choose a role, and set a search radius.
- Switch between Map and List views to browse matching jobs.
- Open a job to read the full description and reveal employer contact details.
Set up your worker profile
- Subscribe to a Basic or Advanced plan from Billing.
- Open My profile and complete your skills, availability, and location.
- Publish your profile so employers can find you in worker search.
Find and contact workers
- Open Hire from the navigation menu.
- Filter by location, role, and desired job type.
- View a worker profile and reveal contact details with a Basic or Advanced plan.
Post and manage jobs
- Subscribe to the Advanced plan from Billing.
- Open My jobs and create a new listing with title, description, and location.
- Publish the job so workers can find it on the map and in search results.
Manage your plan
- Open Pricing or Billing from the navigation menu to compare Free, Worker, and Employer plans.
- Worker (£10/year) unlocks worker profiles, contact reveals, and education guides; Employer (£100/year) adds job posting.
- Use Manage billing to update payment details or change your subscription.

What is AGA?
AGA is a UK job marketplace where workers find local roles and employers hire nearby talent. Search on a map, manage profiles, and connect when both sides are ready.
Can I search without a paid plan?
Yes. Browsing jobs and workers on the map is free. A Worker or Employer plan is required to reveal contact details, create a worker profile, or access education guides. Posting jobs requires Employer.
What is the difference between the plans?
Free lets you search the map without viewing contact details. Worker (£10/year) adds a worker profile, job search with contact reveals, and education guides. Employer (£100/year) includes everything in Worker plus posting jobs and full app access.
How does revealing contact details work?
When you reveal contact info on a job or worker profile, phone, email, and LinkedIn (if provided) become visible to you. The other party is notified, and the action is logged for safety.
Is my contact information shared automatically?
No. Your contact details are only shown to someone who has an eligible plan and explicitly reveals them on your listing.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps protect the marketplace. You must verify your address before revealing contact details.
How do I change the language?
Use the Language control in the header to switch between English, Arabic, and Central Kurdish. The site layout adjusts for right-to-left languages automatically.
